We will then prepare a detailed document specifying what the system will do to meet your needs. This is an integral part of the process. Even if you don’t hire us to build the system, you will have a detailed specification of the system you need.

Once we have that, we will provide a cost estimate for building the system. Fixed-price jobs are challenging for both parties in this line of work.

We will use MS Access for the front-end  user interface and MS SQL Server to hold the database. We prefer to connect to your site and build the system remotely. This way, you will get to see your new system grow daily.
